The spectacular six-mile bay walk is just steps away. And you can choose to dine at one of the many nearby restaurants.

The large bed/sitting room in this studio apartment has a pillow-topped queen bed, maple rocker and recliner lounge. Select from over 60 cable channels plus VCR, radio, private telephone line and computer modem connection. Thermostatic heat and air-conditioning maintain perfect comfort for two non-smokers.

An extensive self-prepared breakfast awaits you each morning to be enjoyed in the cottage or on the patio beside your private pool. A full kitchen features refrigerator/freezer, range and oven, microwave, coffee maker and toaster oven. All utensils and other necessities are supplied or you can choose to dine at one of the many nearby restaurants.

Directions:

On I-5 South - Past I-805 junction approximately 6 miles to "Balboa-Garnet (274) exit. Exit right; turn right at third signal (Garnet Ave). Take left fork at second signal for Grand Avenue, go almost eight-tenths of a mile through two more signal intersections. Turn left on arrow at next intersection for Ingraham Street. Go 1.3 miles to third signal (at bridge) turn right on Riviera Drive. The Beach Hut is five blocks down on the right hand side at 3761 Riviera Drive. Park in driveway on right side of house with red rail fence.

From the Airport - Leave the Airport and follow signs to I-5 north, Stay on I-5 past Old Town and exit at I-8 El Centro-Beaches. Take the left fork for I-8 West Beaches. Merge right after a half mile for first exit W. Mission Bay Drive-Sports Arena Blvd. Turn right at signal stay in left lanes for "Ingraham Street" (straight ahead) and go over two bridges. At top of last bridge, take left turn on green arrow onto Riviera Drive. Park in driveway on right side of white house with red rail fence.
