Located in the shoreline village of Madison, the Inn offers a cozy and elegant atmosphere

The Inn overlooks the Boston Post Road in a wooded residential area. The large shaded back yard slopes down to meet Fence Creek. The English garden on the side of the house is a favorite spot for relaxing in nice weather. The tidal wetlands of Long Island Sound are visible across the road in the front.

The Inn's beamed sitting room has a large fireplace surrounded by comfortable furniture perfect for relaxing and good conversation. At the other end of this large room, guests enjoy a full breakfast each morning in front of a sunny bay window. |
Each of the nine guest rooms is uniquely furnished and provides a private bathroom, television, air conditioning, and telephone.
Two of our guest rooms offer romantic working fireplaces.
The Inn is within walking distance of the village of Madison and within two miles of several Long Island Sound beaches. The area offers many opportunities for shopping, touring, and dining. Area towns are known for their specialty shops, colonial historic districts, craft and fine art galleries, antique shops, and museums. The many area restaurants offer dining choices ranging from shoreline casual to special occasion elegance.
