Rooms and Rates:
All the rooms have cable TV and air conditioning, and 3 have private baths. One suite can be arranged with an adjoining bath that may sleep up to 6 people. Complimentary refreshments are always available.
May 15 - October 31:
Weekly rates include a full Continental Breakfast and weekend rates
include a full country breakfast. Also included are split of wine and candles in
each room plus complimentary soft drinks and light snacks in the Common Room.

Year Round Accommodations!
Payment: All reservations are held with
a credit card. When you arrive you may pay with card/check or cash. For all other guest
rentals of 2 rooms or more, please contact us for further details. We accept VISA,
MasterCard, American Express, and travelers' checks. All reservations must be held with a
credit card.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation
must be made 10 days prior to reservation - 14 days for holidays. A penalty of 1-night
stay will be charged if cancellation is requested less than the applicable number of days.
Pets:
Welcome Inn is home to 2 cats, "Fuzzles" and "Bear". For those allergic, the cats are not allowed in the guest rooms and have not had any complaints. Sorry, no guest pet accommodations available.
Smoking Policy:
No smoking is allowed in the house. Comfortable areas are provided outside.
Other Information:
Beach passes availabale.
If you forget, we supply beach towels and chairs!
We will gladly assist our guests with reservations for restaurants, tours, or other
activities. When reservations are made at our Inn, we will be glad to mail brochures for
area activities and points of interest.
We also cater small dinners, wedding breakfasts and other occasions - including business
functions.
