The Grand Guesthouse exudes Key West charm in a totally un-touristy Old Town neighborhood. All of our exceptionally clean rooms have a private entrance & bathroom, cable television, A/C & ceiling fan, in-room phone, refrigerator, wireless internet & iPod players. Our suites have living rooms and kitchens. An expanded continental breakfast is served every morning, and free parking is available.
Located in an area of Old Town Key West where cigar making was the primary source of income at the turn of the century, The Grand was a rooming house for the workers at the former cigar manufacturer at the end of the block. Built in the 1880s, the house was converted in the 1940s into the home of a single family. Occupied by the family until the 1960s, the structure was converted back to a rooming house in the ensuing years. In 1998, the property was transformed from its formerly humble beginnings into The Grand Guest House. Today each room has a private bath, color cable TV, AC, phone, small refrigerator, ceiling fan, and tropical décor. Lush tropical landscaping defines the outdoor areas, where deck chairs and a small table are found outside of every room. Our specialty is our knowledge of everything local. We provide local maps and steer you to all Key West has to offer. From restaurants to snorkeling to shopping and special events, weve been there and done that so there are no surprises, just the best.

|Thank you so much for the wonderful accommodations in Key West.
And all the advice you gave us was invaluable, as we truly got a sense of the area. We
loved it! Jennifer and Kelly
Perhaps you will feel no separation anxiety if we covet your towels & pillows. Theyre better than our own. Steven
Justin and I were two stressed out, up tight New Yorkers when we came in mid December and left decidedly happier and relaxed. Recently the NY Times did a piece on Key West that brought it all back for us, but mostly we were glad they didnt mention The Grand, because it would be terrible if tons of NY yuppies (ok, well other than us) heard about it and ruined it. Your hospitality and kindness will always have a fond place in our hearts. Hala and Justin
I was one of the lucky
patrons of your fine establishment earlier in the year. I just wanted to drop you a line
and tell you how much fun it was, and to let ya know that whenever I get chance,
youll definitely have my business again. I would recommend you to anyone, and
Ill tell everyone I meet about the great service we had while in Key West.
Just wanted to let you know that we greatly enjoyed staying at The Grand on our recent visit. We give it a 10 in all areas. It was conveniently located in a quiet area, clean, and easily accessible to locations of interest. Thank you for making our first visit to Key West a memorable visit. Bob and Sherry
