This 1831 historic home offers quiet, comfortable elegance and special treasures of days
gone by; double parlors, parquet floors, built-in china closets, stained glass windows.
Three unique guest rooms, each with its own charm. Of special significance is the
"Chapel Bath" with a story to tell all its own.
Admire the beautiful hand carved floor-to-ceiling oak fireplace and Delft tiled hearth as
you snuggle by the fire in winter.In summer curl up on the porch swing with a tall a glass
of peach iced tea and enjoy the impressive examples of Colonial architecture that surround
you -- several historic churches and one of the most magnificent Town Halls
in all New England.
All Guest Rooms...feature individual air conditioning units and cable TV with HBO and Showtime. Amenities baskets offer a variety of snacks and beverages at a nominal charge for guest convenience. Robes are provided. |

Sumptuous Breakfast
A Hearty Breakfast breakfast is included in room rate. Places where breakfast is served: Formal Dining Room and Sundeck. Special meals available: Lobster Dinners and our signatur edish, authentic New England Clam Chowder, hearty in flavor from native quahogs (hardshell clams) which we harvest ourselves.
Also from May to October, we feature our own freshly caught lobsters in a variety of dishes; omeletes at breakfast, appetizer dips, and lobster dinner specials. We also feature native products in season, highlighted of course by cranberries and cranberry specialty dishes.
