Bed and Breakfast

Middleboro, Massachusetts

Our Guest Rooms

Bill and Doreen's Master Bedroom

The master bedroom has a quilted wall hanging of Peggy's Cove in Nova Scotia. We went on a second honeymoon in 2008. Over the bed is a picture of our first honeymoon at Pocasset Inn on Cape Cod. There is another painting of the Light House on Sandy Neck Beach, Barnstable, MA which I painted. As a child I spent summers at my parents cottage on Sandy Neck. Two doves woven in embroidery hang outside our bedroom with our marriage date and names. The three flue fireplace with original tiles is opposite the bed. The furniture is Shaker and the floor is wall to wall carpet. The antique lamps accent the room to such a degree it is hard to notice anything else. There is also a wainscoted den.
$117 off-season (January-March) $130 in-season (May-October)

Aunt Margie's Room

In Aunt Margie's room country curtains adorn the windows with matching bedspreads accented with pillows and throws. The pheasant on the border mingles in a dark garden of flowers around the room. The furniture is Hitchock. A new bathroom has been added with the brick style tiles along the walls bordered by flowers. The floor tiles are octagon. Inside the bathroom is a large closet. A white quilt lies on a King size bed with accented pillows. (rate $100.00-120.00)

Colin and Conor Sullivan's bedrooms were in the Penthouse as they grew up here at Rock Village. Many of their sleepovers occurred in this area of the inn. The freshly painted walls of coral illuminates a new tan rug. Harvey windows and air conditioning have been installed. In the future the Penthouse will be for two couples, a family traveling together who do not mind sharing a shower or one couple who want a private bath. One room is available now and is $70.00 per night off-season and $90.00 a night in season.

What some of our guests are saying:

"Thank you so much for your kind hospitality. Everything is ver pretty and i enjoyed the antiques. We enjoyed the country scenery. You've got a great place here."
Bryan & Beverly Kingsford, Orem, Utah

Bill and Doreen
"Staying here was the perfect start to our "autumn" in New England "trip". Your home is beautiful and your hospitality (and cooking!) made our visit very enjoyable. We'll remember the quiet still country nights, the falling leaves and the delicious baked apples. Thank you for everthing!"
Carol Schlueter and Lynn Hourguettes, New Orleans, Louisiana

This property is a haven for people who do not want to fight Cape Cod traffic and just want to get out of the city for a long weekend. We are conveniently located at the end of the MBTA from Boston's South Station (try www.mbta.com for a schedule.) Our guests can come and enjoy the wild life...we have fox, deer, bobcats, coyotes, and some endangered plant life. Come and experience nature in the open field, stream and tranquil pond. There are even horses next door you can visit and feed apples to!
