Gramercy, a majestic, Tudor style mansion and estate situated on 45 acres in Maryland's lovely Green Spring Valley, provides elegant living in the style of the early 1900's.
Guests can enjoy a choice of fireplaces, jacuzzi baths
and comfortable suites in any of the eleven bedrooms
charmingly decorated with antiques. After a sumptuous gourmet breakfast
by the dining room inglenook or out on the terrace, guests may wish to linger on the
expansive porches overlooking Green Spring Valley. Or they may take
advantage of the olympic size swimming pool and tennis court,
stroll along the extensive woodland trails, by Honeybrook stream, through
the orchard, flower and herb gardens, or visit the organic farm.

In addition to five spacious, main-floor, public rooms with fireplaces, furnished with antiques, oriental carpets and artwork, the mansion offers high ceilings, a stunning grand staircase with 20' "picture" landing and magnificent chandelier, and a 17'x 53' terrace which is enclosed and heated in the winter. |

~Weddings, Parties, Receptions and Rehearsal Dinners at The Carriage House~
Located directly across the center circle from Gramercy Mansion, the Carriage House includes three large, ground floor rooms with French doors opening into a central courtyard with separate kitchen facilities. The Carriage Room (36' x 31'), with its especially beautiful sunset views, has a hardwood floor, large sunny windows and chandeliers. The adjacent Conference Room is 16' x 22.5', the Batik Room is 33' x 18'. Parties can be extended to the central courtyard with its pool and fountain as well as the oval Carriage House garden.
