In the sunny and cheerful dining room, breakfast will bring unexpected pleasures from "farmhouse fresh to gourmet" prepared daily by the innkeepers and served with a sprinkle of lively conversation.
1802 House breakfasts are memorable!Your three courses include: Inn-baked delights, the freshest seasonal fruits, imaginative and original entrees, our own sherbets and sweets to close. Our fair trade, organic coffees will please even the most discerning coffee drinkers. We buy whole beans from a family-owned boutique roasting company in South Carolina. They're roasted immediately before shipping to us, we grind them minutes before brewing.
For early risers, coffee and tea are available an hour before breakfast daily. If you can't join us for breakfast just let us know and we'll prepare our gourmet GoBag breakfast that travels with you. We'll gladly accommodate dietary preferences and restrictions, just let us know when you reserve your room.
Treat yourself to some extraordinary pampering! Whether you seek relaxation, romance or a little of both, the 1802 House is the ideal hideaway.
The 1802 House is perfectly situated. A few yards from the front door the Kennebunk River meanders around gentle bends on its way to the Atlantic Ocean. A short walk takes you to Dock Square, the bustling home to boutiques, galleries and fine restaurants.

touches reveal the ambience of a
