Nearly all our rooms look on the water. Four are turret rooms with
spectacular 180° views of the ocean.

Guest Rates
Rates are for two people and include a hearty continental
breakfast. All rooms have private bath.
Turret Rooms: $230
Ocean Front Rooms: $140 - $160
Ocean Front Suite: $255
Other Rooms with a peek at the water: $140 - $180

Rates do not include 7% state sales tax.
There is a minimum two-night stay on weekends.
Reservations will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of 50% of total rental for stays of
two or more nights and 100% of rental for one-night stays.
Deposits must be received within seven days of booking to hold reservation.
Deposits are unconditionally refunded with 14 days notice. Thereafter, deposits are
refunded only if we re-rent your room.
Sorry, no pets.
The inn is not suitable for children under twelve.

Directions From Points South:
Take the Maine Turnpike to Exit 9 (I-95N). Take I-95N to Exit 22 for
Coastal Rt. 1, and continue North to Bath. Immediately after crossing the Bath Bridge,
turn right onto Rt. 127 South. Turn left at the first stop sign. Follow the signs to Reid
State Park for approximately 11 miles. Turn right onto Reid State Road (Seguinland Road).
There is an American flag painted on a rock at the turn. We are 1/4 mile down on the left.
