Rates
Rooms range from $110 to $250 a night depending on room and season. Discounts for full
week or quiet season. Extra person in room - $50 per night. Rates do not include sales tax
and are subject to change.
Reservations
Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of deposit equal to one night’s lodging
or 50% of total reservation. The balance is due upon arrival. Visa and MasterCard are
accepted.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 14 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund less $25 service
charge. Late cancellations will receive a similar refund ONLY if room is rebooked.
Inn Policies
Check in from 3PM to 6PM. Check out by 11 AM. July and August weekends have a 2 night
minimum stay and holidays a 3 night minimum. Insurance regulations prohibit smoking in the
Inn.
