The Designer's Choice guest rooms at
Nestlenook Farm on the River are named for the Artist whose work graces its wall and have
a private bath with 2-person jacuzzi, either a parlor stove or fireplace, air
conditioning, and exquisite period antique furnishings.
The two floors of the villa feature our Romantic Penthouse and
our Elegant Master Suite. The Romantic Penthouse is the top floor of the
villa and has cathedral ceilings, a king size four-poster canopy bed, a CD stereo to play
your favorite music, and a gas log fireplace accented in gold and granite. The bathroom
will feature an exceptional two-person spa that has 20 jets, a waterfall and mood
lighting. The kitchenette has a microwave, coffee maker and mini-refrigerator. Just off
the bedroom, you have a private screened-in balcony to enjoy the majesty of our
surroundings.
The Elegant Master Suite has a bedroom with a king size bed
and a TV, a bathroom with a two person spa, kitchenette with granite countertops,
microwave, coffee maker and mini-refrigerator, a dining nook and a living room.
The living room has a gas log fireplace accented in gold and granite, big screen TV, VCR,
CD Stereo, desk, and a sleep sofa. You can enjoy the view and fresh air on the patio off
the living room or in the screened-in terrace. These accommodations can be reserved
separately or together as a two-bedroom villa. Victorian Village is a smoke-free
environment.

years old. Exposed original hand-hewn beamed ceiling, queen-size bed, antique parlor

Before you make your reservations, please review these details about
your accommodation.

- RATES: Rates are plus 15% service charge and 8% New Hampshire
rooms and meals tax.
- ADDITIONAL PERSON RATE: Add 30% for each additional person staying
in the same suite where applicable.
- MINIMUM STAY: A two night minimum stay unless otherwise stated.
- DEPOSIT: A 50% advance deposit is required to secure a room and is
applied to the balance due.
- CANCELLATIONS: Deposits are refundable if notification is received
at least 14 days prior to your arrival date.
- SECURITY DEPOSIT: A $150 security deposit is required for all
Victorian Village guests.
- CHECK-IN: is after 3:00 pm
