Mother & Daughter Weekends
Remember the way things used to be . . . that closeness you used to share? Come,
rekindle that special friendship.
Friday: Arrive at the Inn in plenty of time to rest up for the
weekend’s activities. Hospitality Hour 5:30-6:30.
Saturday: Enjoy a hearty breakfast before the day’s events get
under way. Our demonstrations are led by a local chef. Past workshops have included bread
baking, a Grand Marnier Truffle Torte and an edible candy box. (Creations are sampled
during our Afternoon Tea).
In the afternoon . . . a little free time to perhaps enjoy some cross-country skiing on
our woodland trails or, during the summer, maybe a cruise on Lake Sunapee onboard the M.V.
Mt. Sunapee.
Our "Victorian High Tea" begins at 5 p.m.! A prize will be awarded for the
best hat worn.
Sunday: Indulge in a leisurely three course "candlelight &
crystal" breakfast while planning your day’s activities . . . Stop by the Golden
Pineapple or the Parkside Gallery for a little shopping.
