- Rates: quoted are for two, non smoking, adults per room, per night, and vary
according to the season and the requested ocean view.
- Rates range from $99 in the quiet season mid week to $355 for our multi-room suite,
which accommodates four guests in the summer months per night. A third person in
the room is a third of the room rate, per night. Consider our Web Specials for reduced
rates offered throughout the year.
- Due to the variety of activities during every season we want you to enjoy your stay as
much as possible and recommend you stay several nights. During the peak season,
the minimum stay is three nights and four nights over holiday weekends in some
instances. Please call with your particular dates and we will be happy to quote
specific rates.
- Reservations should be made by telephone as far in advance as possible to avoid
disappointment. We suggest four months prior to summer weekends. Reservations
require a 50% deposit and reservations are not confirmed until deposit is received. We
will guarantee a room with a credit card number but prefer a personal check as your
form of payment.
- Young children find us tiresome, but well-mannered young people over twelve are
welcome. Sorry, no pets of any age although our dog and cat (who thinks he's a dog!),
Abi and 'Mo, welcome your attention. Please let us know if you do not welcome theirs.
- Check-in is anytime between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Checkout is by 11:00 AM.
We are a small non-smoking inn and do not have a night clerk. However,
arrangements can be made to accommodate a later check-in if you are anticipating
arriving after 6:00 PM.
- Gift Certificates are available, for those "What do I get them?" occasions!
- Cancellations: There are no refunds or changes on one-night bookings. If you
cancel prior to 15 days of your scheduled arrival, a $35 administrative fee will be
charged for each room reserved. If you cancel within 15 days of your scheduled arrival,
a one-night fee (per room) will be charged. If you cancel within three days of your
scheduled arrival, the entire reservation will be charged to your account. Management
is not responsible for inclement weather, health issues early departures or for any
other reason beyond our control.
