The Only B&B Within the Village!

Located quietly away from the highway and centrally behind Ellicottville's Town Hall, it is easy walking distance to 15 restaurants and bars, as well as unique gift shops and galleries. We are only minutes away from Holiday Valley and HoliMont Ski Resorts.

We have five attractive, rooms.

All have private baths ensuite, central air conditioning, separate heat controls, telephones, bathrobes, coffee makers and access to the outdoor hot tub.

Enjoy quiet times, lounging in our spacious living room beside a cozy fireplace. Meet new friends and exchange stories.

A piano is available for singalongs, and several comfortable antique chairs and couches decorate the room.

There is also a private sitting area/lounge with a TV and VCR just off the main Living room area.

Our Policies

• Our Atmosphere: a quiet, relaxing, home-like setting to spend some leisure time in an adult atmosphere. Regrettably, the B&B is not designed for the comfort of guests under 12 years of age. We do, however, have a perfect area for young children and infants in our efficiency units, which open directly onto a porch & garden
• Our rates (please call for rates or see our homepage at www.thejeffersoninn.com) vary with season and weekends and do not include tax or gratuities.
• Our Five B&B Rooms are for double occupancy but additional guests may be accommodated for an additional $50/night/person in the luxury suite as long as the maximum for the B&B is still ten guests. We have an outdoor hot tub now for use by the guests in the five B&B rooms. We do restrict the hot tub use to the guest of our five B&B room guest.
• Our Two Efficiency Units may have a 3rd person or pet in each unit for an additional $15 each per night.
• A full breakfast is included in the price of the B&B rooms. The efficiency units have their own kitchenette to make their own breakfast. Guests in the efficiency units are separate from the B&B and are not allowed by state law to be served breakfast nor are they part of the B&B as we are limited to 10 guests only in the B&B.
• We accept cash, personal checks, and most major credit cards.
• A 50% deposit is required to make a reservation, with the balance due one month prior to arrival.
• Cancellations must be made one month prior to your scheduled arrival.
• There is no refund if a reservation is cancelled less than one month prior to arrival unless the room is rented again. If the room is rented, your refund will be less 10% of the total room rate.
• We reserve the right to change your room to an equal or better room without notification.
• Preferred Check In time is after 3 pm but we are flexible. Please let us know if your arrival time is different than you state as we are waiting for you at that time.
• Preferred Check Out time is by 11 am, but we can negotiate a later time..
• Smoking is allowed outdoors only, on our covered porch, and you will be charged for special cleaning if this policy is violated.
• Pets are allowed in the efficiency units only. We have a family dog on premise in the B&B.
• We accept no responsibility for weather conditions.
