CANCELLATION POLICY:
- A $25.00 processing fee is applied to any changes or cancellation in a reservation.
- A one night deposit or half of stay (whichever is greater) is required to confirm your
reservation. A seven-day (7) cancellation notice must be given prior to arrival to receive
refund of deposit. A fourteen-day (14) notice is required for holidays, holiday weekends,
and Valentine's Day. Any deposits made by check must be for full balance of stay.
- Reservations changed from a two-night weekend stay to a one-night weekend stay will
result in a charge for both nights.
