The Red Horse Inn is a South Carolina Bed and Breakfast located on 190 acres in the midst of equestrian fox hunting lands. Breathtaking mountain views create the perfect backdrop for your romantic getaway, honeymoon vacation or corporate retreat. White clapboard houses with green tin roofs dot the distant hillside. Rocking chairs beckon to be filled by relaxing guests. |
We are located just off Scenic
Route 11 which offers nine of
the finest South Carolina State Parks within a short drive.
Six Victorian cottages, each with a kitchen, bedroom, bath and living room with fireplace may be reserved. Three of the cottages have whirlpool tubs, two have outdoor private spas.

The refrigerator is stocked with pastries, croissants, muffins and fruit overflowing in a wicker basket. The coffee is fresh from a nearby roaster and the tea selections are abundant.
Each cottage luxuriously holds one couple.

Local attractions include two championship golf courses, horse-back riding, hiking, fishing, antiquing, bird hunting, sporting clay courses, the Campbell's covered bridge and the Foothills Equestrian Nature Center. We are within a half-hour drive to Greenville, Spartanburg and Hendersonville. The Tryon Fine Arts Center, The Flatrock Playhouse and The Peace Center and the Bi Lo Center hold performing arts events. The spring, summer and fall come alive with various events and festivals sure to please many diverse tastes.
