Berry Springs Lodge is dedicated to completely satisfying all
guest who enter its doors and to
provide an experience that will last a life time.
Our smoky mountain resort lodging accommodations offers a number of
lodging options. In the main lodge there are three types of rooms. Sunset Queen rooms, on
the main level and King fireplace sunset mountain view rooms on
the second floor. Also on the second floor is the sunrise mountain view King
fireplace Hot tub rooms. Just adjacent to the main lodge are the Suites. All
rooms feature private balconies with amazing views, individual heat and cool controls,
TV’s and DVD players and private baths.
Each bedroom has its own color and decorating scheme, ranging from the more feminine,
soothing lavender of the Honeysuckle Springs room to the more masculine, southwest motif
of the Colorado Springs room. The other rooms are filled in with a spectrum of blues,
reds, greens and earth tones. The furnishings and accent pieces are easy on the eyes and
far from spartan. From the plush king and queen beds and oversized lounge chairs in the
guest rooms to the sofas, fixtures and dining tables in the lodge’s common areas,
visitors are surrounded by a decorating theme that could best be described as
"country elegant."

We offer twelve spacious bedrooms, each with TV's, VCR's, Balcony and Personal Thermostat Control, Private Bath and many with Whirlpool Baths and Fireplaces. We're the perfect place for a getaway. Intimate enough for a honeymoon yet able accommodate parties of up to 50 people for family gatherings, wedding receptions, church retreats, even corporate gatherings. |
Berry Springs Lodge is the newest & closest lodge to Dollywood. Secluded, yet only minutes to the Smoky Mountain National Park, Gatlinburg, shopping, entertainment & restaurants. Enjoy the spectacular sunrise as it ascends over this beautiful mountain range

Meals:
Full creative breakfast is served each morning. Early risers can have breakfast to go or
help themselves to a fruit and cereal bar. Complimentary deserts are served each evening.
Picnic baskets are also available with evening before notice.
