Unwind in a cottage that combines country comfort with all the contemporary conveniences in a stylish, yet relaxing atmosphere. The cottage has 2 Master Suites both with its own bathroom. One suite features a King Size Bed and the other suite contains a Queen Size Bed. One of the bathrooms is a lavish retreat unto itself, featuring a large tiled shower and a Jacuzzi tub.

Two comfortable decks, a porch swing and a second-story sun deck for enjoying the beautiful Hill Country scenery. The cottage also contains its own massage and spa therapy room where guests may enjoy relaxing services in a private & calming environment without ever leaving the cottage.

The cozy living area has a large screen, flat-panel television and DVD player to allow for leisurely movie-viewing after a day of wine tasting, canopy tours, golf, swimming in a spring fed pool, or just leisurely walks by the lake.

The large kitchen with beautiful granite countertops is fully equipped with a stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, blender, and all needed cooking and eating utensils.

Rates and Information
  • 2 Night Minimum (3 Nights on Holiday Weekends)
  • 6% State Room Tax will be added to below rates
  • $25 Reservation Fee is charged with each reservation
  • Half (1/2) of the Total Reservation Amount & $25 Reservation Fee is due when reservation form is submitted.
    Final Half is due 14 days prior to arrival date.
  • $200 Per Night on Weekdays (Sunday thru Thursday)
  • $225 Per Night on Weekends (Friday/Saturday/Holidays)
  • $1,250 Per Week (7 Nights) Breakfast Not included in Weekly Rate
  • We accept Cash, Checks, Money Orders, Visa and Master Cards.
  • 2 Night Minimum/3 Nights on Holidays on ALL Properties.
  • Check-in Time is anytime after 3:00pm
  • Check-out Time is by 11:00am
  • Continental Breakfast, Linens, Towels, Paper Products, Dish Detergent, & Trash Bags are provided
  • Smoking is allowed in limited areas
  • Limited accommodations for guest pets
  • Accommodations are not suitable for children
  • No childcare is provided
  • Consumption of alcohol is not permitted.
  • Cancellations:
    A $50.00 Cancellation Fee shall be charged if you cancel once reservation has been made. If less than 14 days notice of cancellation is given then the Full amount of reservation will be charged. If you leave early or are a “no-show”, you will be charged for the Full amount of the reservation. Cancellations must be made by phone (person to person). No voice mails or e-mails will be accepted for cancellations. All scheduled Massages must give a 72 hour notice of cancellation or full amount of scheduled massages will be charged.

The Spicewood and Surrounding Area of Lake Travis has many wonderful restaurants and activities to offer. Most of all there is the lake, but best of all is the wonderful Hill Country Scenery and last, but not least---a slower, peaceful pace of life!!
