Rooms and Rates - The Wildflower Inn Bed and Breakfast, Lydonville, Vermont

Carriage House Rooms: $99-$189*
Our Carriage House Rooms are single rooms with several different bed configurations,
such as queen bed, king bed, queen and bunks, or queen and double. All have private
baths. First floor rooms (# 3, 4, 5 & 6) have garden views and full baths. Second floor
rooms (# 7- # 12) have private balconies and three-quarter baths.

One Room Suites: $129-$219*
Our one room studio suites offer a little extra space, a dining table, and the convenience
of a kitchenette (refrigerator, coffee maker, sink, and two burner stove top). Rooms are
configured with either a queen bed (Upper Meadow) or a queen bed with bunk beds
(North and South Meadows).

Two Room Suites: $149-$289*
Two room suites offer the option of a second sleeping bedroom. All have a refrigerator
and a coffee maker.

Three Room Suites: $169-$419*
Three room suites offer two bedrooms and a separate living area with either a
kitchenette or a full kitchen (Grand Meadow). All master bedrooms have a queen bed,
while the bed configurations of the guest rooms vary.

School House Cottage: $159-$319*
The School House Cottage is a private cottage with a queen bed, kitchenette, jacuzzi
bath and fireplace.

* All rates include a full country breakfast each morning, afternoon snack and use of
all our amenities. Rates do not include 9% VT Rooms & Meals tax or 10% gratuity.

Policies

All rates are per night based on double occupancy and include a hearty country breakfast and an afternoon snack, consisting of seasonal goodies.

Single Occupancy and Additional Persons
For additional persons in same room:

2004 Summer Season (June 18th, 2004 - Labor Day):
Children 3 and under, No Charge
4-11 years, add $25.00 per night
12 and older, add $25.00 per night
For a single occupancy, deduct $25 from daily rate.

Non-Summer Season (May 7th - June 17th, 2004; Sept. 6, 2004-March 2005):
Children 3 and under, No Charge
4-11 years, add $18.00 per night
12 and older, add $25.00 per night
For a single occupancy, deduct $25 from daily rate.

Check-in Check-out
Check-in is after 3:00 pm. Check-out is by 11:00 am.

Deposits
One night’s room rate must be recieve as a deposit within 10 days to confirm your reservation. If a credit card is used to confirm a reservation, it will be processed immediately and then reservation is considered firm.

Confirmation
Once we recieve a deposit, written confirmation regarding you payment and the dates of you stay will be sent to you, if time permits. Please check the dates careefully as your deposit will be forfeited if you do not arrve on the specified arrival date or if you depart earlier than the specified departure date.

Cancellations and Reservation Changes
Due to our intimate size, cancellations do affect us greatly. Should you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, we must receive notice not less than 14 days (30 days for the summer season* and winter vacation weeks) prior to the arrival date, in which case your deposit will be refunded less a $20 cancellation charge per room booked. If canceling less than 14 days (30 days for the summer season* and winter vacation weeks) prior to arrival and we are able to re-rent the room, we will refund your deposit less a $20 cancellation fee. Unfortunately if we are unable to rent the room, your deposit will be forfeited. *Summer Season: June 20-Labor Day

Taxes, Gratuities and Discounts

Rates and taxes are subject to change.

9% Vermont tax and 10% B&B Gratuity will be added to your bill.

7 or more night stay discout: 10% off room rate.

Senior Citizen (ages 65+) discount: 10% off room rate.

Only one discount maybe be applied to a stay.

Smoking and Pet Policies
We are a non-smoking inn. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets. We can refer you
to several local kennels.

Cash, Personal Checks, Travelers Checks, Visa, Mastercard and American Express accepted.
Minimum stay of two nights required on weekends.
Three night minimum stay on holiday weekends.
